Erik's love for construction started early, working side by side with his dad on home improvement projects. Those hands-on experiences shaped the way he thinks about building — with care, attention to detail, and a genuine respect for the craft. That foundation never left him.
Over the years, Erik built on those early lessons in a meaningful way. He earned a degree in architecture, became a licensed home inspector, and obtained both his residential and commercial general contractor licenses (License No. 109730). His background as a home inspector gives him a distinct perspective — he understands how homes are built from the inside out, how systems interact, and what it takes to create spaces that hold up over time.
